Bank or other competent authorties to grant any necessary permit or in the event of any other supervising clause rendering the performance of any of the obligations in accordance with the most liberal interpretation of the doctrine of fruictation of contracts.

3. JURISDICTIONS AND ARBITRATORS:
All disputes arising out of any subject or content relating to this site shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration Act, 1940. The jursidiction of all disputes will be at Mumbai, India.
